After gaining too much weight and hurting my back with lifting luggage, I went to Wesley and he taught me how to recognize what food my body was asking for and even better, that I can easily find it regardless of where I travel for work. The exercise program he gave not only relieved all my back pain, it is also specific to my life as a Flight Attendant. I can exercise on the plane, in my hotel, at a park, or in a hotel gym with only an exercise ball available.
